Two people die in rescue of worker in septic tank

Two van drivers died when a construction worker was working in a septic tank under construction at Chirirbandar in Dinajpur.

The accident took place in Naukhoir village of Isabpur Union of the upazila on Wednesday (September 7) morning.

It is known that the two van drivers of the deceased are Saidul Islam (35) son of Mahir Uddin of Naokhair village of Isabpur Unin of Chirirbandar upazila and Abdul Mabud (30) son of Abu Taher.

Locals said that in the morning, the construction worker Altaf Hossain, the construction worker of the village Mahir Uddin under construction, was not used to open the shutters of the septic tank due to lack of oxygen. When he got sick, the three men who were there came down to rescue him. The villagers were sick and later the villagers rescued them and the van driver Saidul and the Lord died on the way to the hospital.

They also said that the sick construction worker Altaf Hossain is in critical condition at Rangpur Medical College Hospital. He is currently in a state of unconscious treatment in the ICU, and another person named Ferdous has also been undergoing treatment at Saidapur Upazila Health Complex.

Chirirbandar police station OC investigation Muslim Uddin confirmed the truth of the incident and said that the next legal system is under process.
