Unite to eradicate communalism: Menon

Rashed Khan Menon, president of the Orcharkers Party of Bangladesh, said that in the country Cultural movement should be strengthened against communalism, for this, political workers should be made aware and organized, he called for the united progressive democratic forces who believe in the spirit of the liberation war to eradicate fundamentalism and communalism.

Saturday at the National Press Club Rashed Khan Menon said these things when the discussion meeting was virtually joined on the occasion of the first death anniversary of Fakir Alamgir, the former leader of the mass music artist and revolutionary student union.

 

He said Fakir Alamgir has performed mass music in the field to unite the people against fundamentalism and communalism, and is a very popular artist like him in the present time.
