Government leaning towards offshore wind power

The three-year approval of the project has been given by the government in the green investment proposal of 1.3 billion US dollars equivalent to the joint venture of the seawater production.

Earlier in July, the proposal of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP) and Summit Group A of Bangladesh (FDI) was submitted in July.

The Summit Group says that this project is a good opportunity for the best use of the country's coastal resources, which is also consistent with the government's plan to use new fuel fuel in the country.

The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) estimates that the annual project of 1.7 billion US dollars for this green transformation of the country will introduce a new concept of a 100 million dollar project of Summit, CIP and COP.

The CIP, which was established in 2012, is one of the world's most funded managers in the world of non-enabled energy sector, and has so far invested 19 billion Euro in the energy and related infrastructure. Their activities are expanding in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Oceanatazu, and COP is the global leader in the production and implementation of the offshore project.

The group has 18 power plants in the hands of the private power sector, which is 18 percent of the power set up of the private power sector and 10 percent of the country's total capacity.
