The Speaker and the Deputy Speaker are valid in the Parliament House: the Appellate Division

Apart from Louis I Kahn's design, the Appellate Division has declared two valid words of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker in the Parliament building premises.

On Tuesday (August 16), the three-judge Appellate Division led by Chief Justice Hasan Fatz Siddiqui gave the order in 2002 when the process of construction of the residence of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker started in 2003. Construction activities are illegal.

Today, the Appellate Division canceled the appeal of the state's appeal against the High Court's appeal.
