Four people including shopkeepers injured in stabbing in Lalpur

Four youths including a grocery store were injured in a stabbing in Lalpur, Natore.

The incident took place in Lakshmipur market of the upazila on Saturday (September 24) morning.

It is known that the injured youths Masud Rana (30), Tushar (32), Bijt (22) and Hashem (35) are locals in the area.

Among the injured, three were sent to Upazila Health Complex and Tushar was sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital as his condition was critical.

According to the police and locals, in the morning, the shopkeeper Masud suspected that the thief was walking around Masud's shop and his father named Akash was roaming around.

Confirming the truth of the incident, Lalpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Monotaruzzaman said that so far no one has complained about it. He also said that legal action will be taken against the accused if complaints are received.
