Mujib year pledge, Agriculture will be Durbar. Keeping this theme in mind, North Jaipur Union Directorate of Agricultural Extension is working to ensure that not one inch of land remains uncultivated in No. 09 North Jaipur Union of Laxmipur Sadar Upazila.
It is known that the uncultivated land in this union was about 20 hectares which is about 80% of land under Noakhali, Feni, Laxmipur, Chittagong and Chandpur Agricultural Development Schemes under the supervision of Agriculture Officers and two demonstration schemes funded by the revenue sector; In rabi season, kesari, wheat, lentil, mung bean, mustard, paddy, vegetables and other crops have come under production.
