Achieving revenue targets may be challenging: FBCCI

He said this in an immediate response to the proposed budget at the FBCCI office in Motijheel in the capital on Thursday.

The FBCCI president said, "The Prime Minister and Finance Minister have announced the budget with the year 2041 and the LDC Graduation." There are challenges, it will be difficult to make a revenue if the revenue is not.

He said that the proposed budget has removed supplementary duty from 234 products. 191 products have been imposed on regulatory taps or negative taxes. This will not be very helpful for local factories. It is not true that imports may be due to imports.

He has applauded the proposal to limit the tax-free limit of the individual class in the budget.
