Two killed, 20 injured as tourist bus overturns in Rangamati

Two people were killed and 20 seriously injured when the tourist bus overturned in Manikchati of Rangamati.

On Friday (March 17) at 7 pm, the bus overturned on the way from Rangamati to Chittagong, the accident happened in the incident. After the news, local people were present at the spot and rescued the injured and sent them to Rangamati Sadar Hospital.

After informing the Fatar service, the workers of the Fatar service came and blocked the bus and started rescue work for the tourists.

The passengers of the bus said that in the morning, a brick kiln workers in Bhatiri in Chittagong came to Rangamati by bus from Chittagong. On the way back to Chittagong in the evening, when the driver of the bus overturned, the bus overturned and two tourists under the bus were crushed and died. 20 passengers were injured in the bus.

The condition of four of the injured has been admitted to Rangamati Sadar Hospital and the rest have been given first aid.

According to Rangamati Fatur Service sources, the tourist bus overturned in Manikcha, Rangamati city, after the news, the Fastar Service reached the spot and rescued the injured and sent them to Rangamati Hospital.
