The process by which the judges of the Cannes festival is the custom of Bangladesh

The 77th Cannes Film Festival is going to be held on May 14 to 25. The world prestigious film festival will join the film critic, screenwriter Sadita Khalid Rite as a jury member from the second-point Bangladesh, who will join the International Federation of Critics as a jury.
How is the jury member determined in Cannes? In response to the question, Riti said, ‘We have three sessions. They have separate jury boards. In the session that was “Rehana Moriot Noor”, I was made a member of the jury board. So we are asked to see 17 movies in our e-mail and decide the best movie from them.’
How do you determine your activities in the ear, how do you determine the movie? In reply, Riti said, ‘I have seen in the festivals, they give you a complete freedom that you think from among yourselves. Make the most of which you are in mind.
How is it scarring? It's not that they make a kind of calculation, which they say is that the film is actually crossing the border, going forward. We have never seen it before or very similar movies. There is originality, credibility, truthfulness - these things are actually found in all the festivals. We are actually looking for that.
There are many more in Bangladesh, why are you made a jury member? In this context, Riti said, ‘Critic Jury, it must be a movie critic for this. Those who are working as a movie critic and who are members of this International Federation of Film Critics are taking it from there. After applying from different countries, 9 people have been selected from the whole world. I am from Bangladesh.’
Disagreements among the jurors, Riti said, ‘Of course there is disagreement. In many cases, it has been seen that which of the two movies will be selected. Some like it more, some like the other. It will be seen at the end, it will be an argument. It will be a case of the same, and there is a lot of equals. Everyone's opinion is preferred. Here everyone's opinion is very clear. There is no chance of bias.’
He has also served as a jury member at various film festivals around the world, including Italy, India, England, Nepal, France, Russia and Sri Lanka, and has also joined the Cannes Film Festival 2019 as a jury member.
