Four members of the family including SP of Nokhali, Coronavirus infected
Noakhali District Superintendent of Police (SP) Md. Alamgir Hossain, his wife, son and housekeeper, were infected with corona together, and the SP himself posted the poison on his Facebook post on Thursday morning.
District Civil Surgeon Masum Iftekhar also confirmed the poisoning of four family members including SP. He said in Prothom Alo that the samples of the family members including the SP were collected for the corona test on Wednesday.
SP Md. Alamgir Hossain wrote on Facebook, ‘Since the corona detection in Bangladesh on March 8, 2020, I have been working with the policemen in Nokhali. I have only taken two days off in this personal situation. I have come back in the morning in the morning in the government.’
The civil surgeon said that the poison of the corona-infected SP and his family members has been kept under the supervision of his office.
