Tangail was liberated by the Kaderita army

The Great War of Independence of 1971 was at the end. The encroaching Pakistani invaders are being defeated by the Mukti Bahini in one area after another. On December 11, the brave freedom fighters entered the city from Tangail on December 11. They were led by the chief of the Qaderita Force, Bangbir Abdul Quader Siddiqui Biruttam, who was freed from the enemy in Munshiganj and Fenchuganj in Sylhet.
Allied landing
On the afternoon of December 10, the Allied army landed near the Pauli Bridge in the north of Tangail town, and the Pakistanis lost their morale and were disoriented by the attacks on the four sides and they started running towards Dhaka. After 10 o'clock that night, the brave freedom fighters led by Abdur Razzak Bhola Commander entered Tangail Sadar Thana. The flag of independent Bangladesh should be hoisted there.
On December 11, the freedom fighters led by Bangbir Quader Siddiqui entered the city, with the slogan ‘Jha Bangla’, the Tangail invaders were freed.
On this historic day, the Kaderi Bahini has held various programs in the premises of the city's central Shaheed Minar on Thursday. In the morning, there will be a traditional Sangayatra and stick game of the village Bangla, in the morning, at 3:00 pm, the leader of the Kaderi's army will be the chief guest of the great war.
