Four people including two school students died in Comilla lightning

The incident took place on Monday afternoon, including two school students and two farmers in Muradnagar, including two school students, including two school students, and two farmers in Muradnagar.

According to local sources, Fahad Hossain (13), son of deceased Khokon Mita of Palagacha village of Baruja upazila and Billal Hossain son Mohammad Jihad (14) were busy roaming in the field in the afternoon when lightning struck.

Those two school students were 6th class students of Baharipur High School of Barujar Upazila.

Baruja police station officer-in-charge (OC) Nazmul Hasan said that the police went to the spot. The body has been handed over to the family without any complaints that the family has no complaints.

Another incident was that two farmers died in Bangra Bazar Thana area of Muradnagar Upazila.

Locals said that Nikhil Debnath (55), son of deceased Bir Charan Debnath (55) of Korbanpur West Paar in East Union of East Union and Jasim Uddin Bhuita, son of Deo of Andikot Uni of the upazila, Jutull Bhui's (32) died on the spot while working in the field.

Shafikul Islam, UP member of Korbanpur village, said that the two farmers were harvesting paddy in a field near Korbanpur Purbapapa Papa Papa Papa Papaja Graveyard. When lightning started with rain, the two farmers died on the spot. Later, the locals rescued them and informed the police station.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bangra Bazar Police Station Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman said two farmers were killed by lightning in the field next to Korbanpur East Cemetery. They were rescued and brought to the police station and the legal process was handed over to the family after the family's plea.
