Let them be held accountable for the EVM scam
The state of the Election Commission's Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) project is ‘Fande Pai'a Baga Kande Re’. Now, the constitutional institution does not understand what to do.

There is no financial support for the maintenance of the EVMs. These devices are supposed to have a 100 years of service. But more than one lakh EVMs have become useless in five years.
The concerned persons say that the EC had launched a ‘flawed’ project worth Tk 3,825 crore to buy EVMs before the 11th National Assembly elections. In this case, the recommendation of the technical committee formed under the leadership of Jamilur Reza Chowdhury was not accepted. It is unusual that 60,000 EVMs will be destroyed in 14 months. If this trend continues, it will not be necessary to write a letter to the government for advice.

The current commission has inherited the EVMs. If not conducted a fair and credible investigation, then they will also have to bear the crime of their predecessor.
