Bangladesh Press Club, an organization of Bangladeshi media workers in the United Arab Emirates, has formed a new committee, which has been elected as the president and Samakal representative Kamrul Hasan Jani, the representative of Sam Television, as the president and Samakal representative.
On Saturday (May 21), the old committee of the organization was dissolved and a new committee was formed through a general meeting at a hotel in Sharjah.
The other members of the 11-member executive committee are - Senior Vice President NTV representative Manunur Rashid, Vice President Banglavision representative Muhammad Morshed Alam, Joint Secretary Dinkal Representative Modachher Shah, Organizing Secretary Bangla Express representative Abdullah Al Shaheen, Finance Secretary Cox's Bazar Alo Representative Muhammad Shahjahan, Publicity Secretary Ciplus Representative Istitak Asif, Office Secretary Dhaka Post Representative Muhammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Executive Member Jamuna Television Ullah and Executive Member Saiful.
Earlier, the general meeting was presided over by the newly appointed president Sirajul Haque, who was the newly appointed general secretary Muhammad Morshed Alam.
Later, the entries of the elected new committees promised to work in the future to be the spokespersons of the expatriates, they will work alongside the happiness and sorrows of the expatriates in the past. He sought the cooperation of expatriates.
