Diabetic keto-acidosis is a serious complication of diabetes, which can develop when blood sugar levels are too high, and this complication is the most common type 1 diabetes, but type 2 diabetes can also lead to such complications.

If this happens, the patient's thirst increases. Urinary urination increases a lot, pain in the legs, pain in the stomach, abdominal pain, disinterest, vomiting, severe fatigue, blurred vision. Dehydration occurs, the patient's blood pressure decreases, the temperature decreases, the hands and feet become cold, the breathing becomes cold, the salt in the patient's body increases. The conversation becomes incoherent, the patient may faint at one time, and the death rate of the elderly is 50 percent.

When insulin levels decrease, blood sugar levels are high, so sugar can't get into the body cells, and then the body-cell fuel needs. The body begins to break down fat and meat to fill it with keto acids, which is not pleasant for the body to have an acidic or acidic environment.

Long-term uncontrolled diabetes can cause such a situation, which is a risk for any infection, surgical, physical and mental impact, pregnancy.

If the patient has a large increase in diabetes and if the above symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately. If there is an excess of glucose and acid in the body, there is a certainty of the presence of a keton body in the urine or blood, it will be confirmed that the patient is suffering from diabetic keto acidosis.

To prevent this, diabetes must be controlled, including controlling diabetes, taking medication and regular glucose inspection to keep diabetes in check.

This is a medical emergency, in this case, it is necessary to seek treatment of the patient in the intensive care center.

In addition to removing the patient's dehydration, immediate measures should be taken to eliminate potassium-like salinity, and insulin should be given intravenously.
