Bangladesh has so far had a total of 200 million dollars in deals with India, which has three lines of credit (LoC), out of which India has owed $1340 million in debt.
\nThe information of the Bharti LOC project was informed in the joint meeting of the Project Implementation Monitoring Committee, which has been said in the ERD press release on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The meeting was held at the Economic Relations Department (ERD) at the Planning Commission in the capital on Tuesday, which was jointly presided over by ERD Secretary Sharifa Khan and Dhaka India High Commissioner Prana Varma, which was attended by a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the leadership of Special Secretary of the Government of India Prabhat Kumar.
\nOn the other hand, the Bangladesh delegation was present by the representatives of the Prime Minister's office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs and the representatives of the National Board of Revenue.<\/p>\n

The Indian government has promised to lend a total of $7360 million to Bangladesh during Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to Delhi in September 2010. The first loan agreement was 12 years ago.<\/p>\n

In March 2016, the 200 million dollar LOC was under 12 projects. The third-step LoC has another $450 million loan agreement.<\/p>\n

The announcement of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to Delhi in 2017 was announced on October 4 of that year, with 16 projects coming out of the LOC stage.<\/p>\n
