expected that Bangladesh and Japan bilateral relations will be upgraded to the \u2018strategic partnership\u2019 of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's upcoming visit to Japan from November 29 to December 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"alignfull\">According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Director General of Southeast and South West Asia, Arima Utaka, discussed this issue during a meeting with Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen on Thursday (October 27).<\/p>\n<div class=\"bT_inner_A1_C1 aligncenter w100p pt10 pb10\">\n<div class=\"300adWnC\">\n<div id=\"BT_inner_A1_C1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"alignfull\">In the meeting, both parties expressed their satisfaction with the growing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, especially Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to Japan in May 2014, when the Prime Minister of Bangladesh and the then Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe raised the bilateral relations between the two countries to a \u2018wide partnership\u2019.<\/p>\n<div class=\"BT_inner_A1_C2 aligncenter w100p pt10 pb10\">\n<div class=\"300adWnC\">\n<div id=\"BT_inner_A1_C2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"alignfull\">In addition, in September 2014, the then Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's visit to Bangladesh, the two countries formed a deep economic partnership under BIG-B.<\/p>\n<p class=\"alignfull\">The visiting Japan Assistant Minister expressed hope that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's upcoming visit to Japan on the occasion of
