Arvind Rajkhota, the leader of the surrendered part of the United Liberation Front of Assam (Wolfa) of Assam, expressed hope that the peace agreement with the central government will be signed by the Central Government by August 15, said he said this in a conversation with an Indian media.<\/p>\n

A section of ULFA, led by Rajkhwa, surrendered in 2011, and later peace talks with the Central Government began, Rajkhwa, however, never admitted that he or his party had surrendered.<\/p>\n
