The Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) Bank of Uniton Bank Limited was held recently at the bank's head office. The meeting was held through video conference and chaired by the bank's chairman Ahsanul Alam.<\/p>\n

Managing Director of the Bank ABM Mokammel Haque Chowdhury gave the welcome speech. Senior officials including Habibur Rahman were present. 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for shareholders with financial statement of 2021 should be approved.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the chairman of Uniton Bank, Ahsanul Alam, expressed his gratitude and thanks to all the entrepreneurs, directors, shareholders, customers, depositors and officials of the Bank, he also thanked Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, DSE, CSE, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory organizations.<\/p>\n
