The order has been issued a ruling that the Upazila Parishad Act-1998 has not been in conflict with the Constitution, and the defendants have been asked to respond to this rule within four weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Advocate Ajmalul Hossain QC and Mohiuddin Md. Alamin and Additional Attorney General Mehedi Hasan Chowdhury and Deputy Attorney General Samarendranath Biswas for the state heard the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mohiuddin Md.
