State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Isa Khan Chowdhury has called upon the highest priority to ensure cyber security and digital trust to make the country's fast digital progress sustainable and safe.<\/p>\n

At the same time, he urged the IT industry and the media partners to work together to create a strong nation's cyber defense system.<\/p>\n

He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the opening ceremony of \u2018Phoenix Summit 2026\u2019 at the China Friendship Conference Center in the capital on Friday. The team Phoenix Group is working as the main organizer of this summit.<\/p>\n

The Minister of State for Information said that Bangladesh is moving towards a fast digital future, our daily life, financial system, media platform, education and business have become much more technology dependent, but with this transformation, cyber security and digital trust have become our nation's priority today.<\/p>\n

He warned that if the security of financial transactions is disrupted or people's confidence in digital services is lost, our entire progress may be hampered, so all stakeholders have to work together to ensure a nation's cyber resistance and robust digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Emphasizing the transparency of information and increasing awareness among the people, the state minister further said that cyber security is not only an institutional technical poison, it is also directly related to the public awareness.<\/p>\n

He said, if we do not make our citizens aware of cyber crime and rumours, then the benefits of digital transformation cannot be reached to everyone.<\/p>\n

Minister of State for Information Dr. Dr. Dr. expressed optimism that today's platform will serve as a standard standard for our nation's cyber security to strengthen our nationality, he assured that the Information and Broadcasting Ministry will all be with such visionary initiatives.<\/p>\n

BRAC Bank PLC Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Tarek Refat Ullah Khan was the special guest on the occasion. The keynote at the opening ceremony was presented by Chief Executive Officer of ShadowServer Foundation Piotr Kizewski.<\/p>\n

A large number of cyber security experts, information technology experts, public and private senior officials and Sudheejans from the country and abroad were present in the conference.<\/p>\n
