He filed a case under the Women and Child Abuse Act of Patukhali, accusing his father of rape.
The accused father (50) was arrested by the villagers on Friday (August 26) by the police.
Local woman UP member Najma Begum and villagers said that the woman had been married a few days ago and her husband has not taken her to her father-in-law.
On Thursday night and Friday morning, the father of the meteor alleged that the villagers had raped her and arrested her on the spur of the poison.
The accused father has confessed to the villagers' charges against him.
Officer-in-Charge of Mohipur Police Station MA Khater said that the accused father has been arrested in the case of Women and Child Abuse Act filed by Mahipur Thana Meter.
He also said that he will be sent to Patukhali Medical on Saturday for medical examination of the victim and the arrested accused will be sent to court.
