Gaibandha court Sick accused, dies immediately after bail

Gaibandha court The accused has died in the tragic case, arson case, bailed on Tuesday (August 23) at 2:00 pm in Gaibandha District and Dattara Judge Court. The deceased has been named Taher Mamud (55) He is the son of Tamiz Uddin of Pawan Taijah village of Saghata Upazila.

According to the court sources, the opponent filed a case against Taher Mamud on July 5, 2014, and the opponent filed a case against the Saghata police station. This case was filed against Taher Mamud, his two sons and his son's wife. Although the accused are on bail, the court has been arrested on July 22 due to the appearance of the court. After being ill, Taher Mamud was found dead and the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Taher Mamud's lawyer confirmed the poison. Majedul Islam Pradhan Tuhin said that the accused's bail application was filed in the Judicial Magistrate Triti Court immediately after the accused were kept in the court. After the hearing, Judge Kafi Azad granted bail to four people including Taher Mamud, and he came to know the poison of the death of the accused Taher Mamud 10-15 minutes after the bail.

Dr. Taher Mamud's death is the caretaker of Gaibandha Sadar Hospital. Md. Mahabub Hossain said, the doctor on duty found the dead condition after examining Taher Mamud.

Meanwhile, the relatives of Taher Mamud's death broke the tears and the relatives of Taher Mamud, Farooq and Saddam Mita, said that for the past 6 months, the Taher Mamud was ill and had been asked to the police for arrest at night but he died after coming to court at noon.
