Who is this Arpita, close to West Bengal Minister Partha?

Arpita Mukherjee, a close associate of India's West Bengal Minister of Industries and Commerce Partha Chatterjee, has been seized by the country's financial corruption investigation agency Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the operation in his body last week.

ED arrested Arpita last Friday on charges of corruption in West Bengal school teachers and Parth was arrested the next Saturday.

Arpita was active in Bengali and Odissi film industries from 2008 to 2014. She was also a model.

Arpita, a child from a middle class family in the northern suburb of Kolkata, started modeling from her college days.

After his father's death, Arpita brought a businessman to Jhajagram district in the state. Later, when Arpita returned to Calcutta, her marital relationship was not known much about her marital relationship.

In 2008, Arpita acted in the film ‘Partner’ with the filmmaker Jeet. In 2009, she starred in ‘Mama-Bhagne’ with Prosenjit Chattopadhyay.

In 2019 and 2020, Arpita was the face of the Puja campaign of Naktala Udtan Sangh in Kolkata. It is one of the best in Kolkata's Durga Puja Committee, which was the main sponsor of the Naktala Udtan Sangh.

Parth, the general secretary of the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal, was previously the state's education minister.

Allegations against Parth that he and his associates have illegally appointed teachers by taking bribes during their tenure as the Education Minister.

According to the ED, West Bengal Primary Education Council and the West Bengal School Service Commission, they conducted a search operation for the corruption of the teacher and the West Bengal School Service Commission and the investigation of the corruption was seized in the operation.

Trinamool spokesperson Kunal Ghosh claimed that so far no evidence has been found against Partha Chatterjee. Money has been received in the left of a woman (Arpita).
