Arnab gave up the opportunity to work with Pritam and Arijit

Shayan Chowdhury Arnab is a popular singer from both Bengal and India. Arnab has captivated the audience with his songs for a long time. The question may arise as to why Arnab, who is equally popular in Kolkata, India, has not sung in Bollywood.

In an old interview, Arnab had talked about his hobby. Traveling to Mumbai also aroused his desire to work with the music of the Mumbai industry. Arnab was also acquainted with Bollywood's popular music organizer Pritam. Due to that, one day a golden opportunity fell into Arnab's hands.

Once, Arnab called Pritam about singing. At that time, another popular artist Arijit Singh picked up the phone and said, 'Arnab, I have a very good song for you, come to the studio.' As luck would have it, Arnab's voice was not good at that time. Arnab got nervous and after much pleading, he turned down the opportunity to work in the Mumbai music industry.

Arnav said in an interview about this, 'My Bengali wasn't right. On top of that, the Hindi language song. I wasn't ready, so I had to return the work.'

While Arnab's fans are saddened by his lack of work in Bollywood, they also have a lot of love and respect in their hearts. Maybe Bengalis want the man who sang 'Se je bosae eke ekae', 'Hok kalrab', 'Bhalobasa sajri' to remain associated with Bengal and Bengalis forever.
