The government has reduced the VAT on LP gas. On Tuesday (February 16), the Public Relations Officer of the National Board of Revenue Md. Al Amin Sheikh told the media this information.
In a notification, he said, the existing system of LP gas is 7.5 percent VAT and 2 percent VAT on import and imported, LP gas market is essential for industrial and domestic work, the government has decided to reduce the VAT on LP gas in public interest.
