Government to appoint 5 new Deputy Attorney General

The Appellate Division and the High Court of the Supreme Court on Monday (Feb. The government has appointed five new Deputy Attorney General (DAG) to handle cases on behalf of the state in the department.

The Solicitor Branch of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliament has issued a notification in this regard, which the notification said in the notification.

The new company is DAGs – Md. Abdus Samad, Malat Kumar Rath, Md. Shafiqul Islam, Md. Icha and Md. Obatadur Rahman (Tareq).

Among them, Md. Icha and Md. Obaddur Rahman (Tareq) were serving as Assistant Attorney General (AAG) since August 28, 2024.
