Murder of Ma-Mete in Mohammadpur: What the householder said in the case statement

A case has been registered in the case of a mother-mate murder in a house in Mohammadpur of the capital, a case was filed on Monday night against the suspected maid but has not yet been arrested.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Mohammadpur Region Juthel Rana told Samakal that the husband of deceased Latla Afroz, AJM Azizul Islam, filed a case in Mohammadpur Thana as the plaintiff. He suspected the domestic worker to kill his wife and daughter.

My house started working as a part-time maid, I went to Uttara at around 7 am on Monday morning. I was present at my workplace and failed to contact my wife's mobile phone several times. Later, I came to the house of my wife's throat and found blood in various parts of her body, including the cut blood vessels in the right side of my daughter's throat and she was lying on the main gate in a critical condition on the right side of my daughter's throat. The doctor on duty declared him dead after being sent to the hospital through Ashiq and sent to Shaheed Sohradir Medical College Hospital.’

He also mentioned in the statement that one mobile phone, a laptop, gold ornaments and other valuables including cash (couldn't say the right amount) of his mesh were eaten.
