Symptoms such as stiffness or not understanding others, sudden blurred vision, headache, convulsions, indigestion, inability to swallow food, urinary tract control, etc. are often seen in strokes. 80 percent of strokes are preventable.
Controlling blood pressure: High blood pressure increases the risk of stroke four to six times, which increases the thickness of the blood vessels, which causes cholesterol and other fats to accumulate inside the blood vessels, sometimes these fats run and block the blood vessels in the brain. High blood pressure causes the small blood vessels to be weakened, sometimes they can break down and cause bleeding strokes, which can be kept in 120/80.
Quit smoking: Smoking causes the elasticity of blood vessels to be reduced; blood circulation is narrowed, resulting in accelerating the process of blood clots, thereby increasing the risk of stroke.
Keep in the Diabetes Bug: Excessive sugar in the blood can damage the blood vessels, induce blood clots inside the blood vessels, increase the risk of stroke several times, for that, consult a doctor, keep the blood sugar levels normal.
