Such an incident took place in Ambalpur village of Dakshin Panchurita in Devgram Union of Goutaland Upazila of Rajba. The deceased person is Isachin Molla (85).
He died at 3 pm on Tuesday, his body was left in the yard of the yard till 1 pm on Wednesday.The police sent the body to the morgue for investigation and the locals were shocked by the incident of the children of the deceased.
According to the locals, the five children of the deceased Isachin Bablu Molla, Phulbau, Rabeta, Mumtaz and Abdur Rahman. The rest had a dispute with the younger brother Abdur Rahman in the father's land. Due to that dispute, the land was divided between them without burying the father's body.
After 22 hours, with the intervention of Devgram UP Chairman Hafizul Islam, the poison was resolved through the arbitration. Based on the information of the locals, the police recovered the body and sent it to the district morgue for maturity.
Isachin Mollar's four children claim that Isachin Molla lived with his younger brother Abdur Rahman. He has written all the property in his name to Baba, and there is a case going on in the Rajbai court.
Abdur Rahman Molla said, I am following the doctor's advice and treating my father at home. When he was sick, he went to Goutaland Health Complex and declared him dead.
Devagram UP Chairman Hafizul Islam said, after hearing this incident, I went to their house and after the lockdown through the arbitration, the signature of both of them on the stamp has not been decided to bury the burial of Etachin Mullah.
Goalandghat Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Mizanur Rahman Akand said that the body was recovered and sent to Rajbai Hospital morgue for investigation.
