The Chamber Judge Court of the Appellate Division has suspended the bail of the High Court on the Deota of the High Court, former ISKCON leader Chinmoy Krishna Das, the former ISKCON leader Chinmoy Krishna Das, has suspended the bail of the High Court. The Chamber Judge of the Appellate Division has given this order at around 5:00 pm on Wednesday at 5:00 pm.
The poison of the order was confirmed by the state's additional Attorney General Muhammad Abdul Jabbar Bhuna, who said it was a sensitive case. The prosecutor had appealed to the High Court to suspend the bail order of the High Court, the Chamber Court approved our application.
Additional Attorney General Muhammad Abdul Jabbar Bhuna and Additional Attorney General Barrister Anik R Haque were present in the chamber court.
Earlier, Justice Md. granted bail to Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari at around 2 pm. Atoor Rahman and Justice Md. High Court Bench formed in combination with Ali Reza.
A few days after the Sanatani Sampradaat was held in Chittagong under the leadership of Chinmat Krishna Das on October 25, a case of treason was filed against him on October 31.
On November 22, there was another rally in Rangpur under the leadership of Chinma, which was then arrested on November 25 by the sedition case.
The next day, when the bail application was filed, the Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate ordered him to be sent to jail. The court ordered Chinma to be sent to jail and there was a clash with the followers of the law enforcement forces and lawyers in Chittagong.
Since then, Chinma has been in jail, and after the 20th January Chinma Das, the Chittagong Metropolitan Judge Court rejected the bail application of the Chittagong Metropolitan State Judge. After that, the hearing of the application was filed by the High Court today.
