22 people died 24 hours when they went to the corona unit at Rajshahi Medical College (Ramek) Hospital and died between 8 am on Wednesday (June 30) from 8 am on Thursday (July 1).
Ramek Hospital Director Brigaditor General Shamim Izdani said, 5 of the 22 dead were corona positive and 16 were admitted to the symptoms of corona. One died after being a corona negative. Among the dead, 14 from Rajshahi, 1 from Chapainawabganj, 5 from Natore, 5 from Naogaon and 1 person from Jhenaidah.
In June, 355 people died in the corona unit of this hospital.
