BNP will hold a mass march in the capital on Friday (December 39) to press for its 10-point demands. The mass march will start in front of its central office in Naya Paltan at 2:30 pm today.
At a press conference, mass march coordinator Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said that the BNP mass march will pass through Nightingale intersection, Kakrail, Shantinagar, Malibagh and end at Moghbazar intersection. He also said that there will be no benefit in setting up guards in every nook and corner, the people will make the program successful.
Earlier, BNP announced a nationwide mass rally program on December 24 from the Dhaka divisional mass rally. Although there were mass marches in each district, the party did not hold the program in the capital that day due to various reasons including the Awami League council. Therefore, BNP will hold the previously announced program on Friday afternoon.
