Eight people have been killed and many more injured in a shooting in the US city of Indianapolis.
A gunman opened fire with an automatic rifle, causing casualties in the indiscriminate shooting.
Meanwhile, police sources told Reuters that the gunman is believed to have committed suicide shortly after the attack. The injured are being treated in hospital, with some of them in critical condition.
