A restaurant in the capital's Mirpur area, a restaurant DJ party, has been arrested by the joint forces, and the Mirpur Model Police Station and the Army personnel of the Mirpur Army Camp conducted a raid at the ‘Burger Queen’ restaurant at Rinkhola Commerce College at around 3 pm on Saturday.
Last Sunday night, Mirpur Zone Assistant Commissioner (AC) Mizanur Rahman said that 31 people were arrested from that restaurant on charges of immoral activities. Among them, 21 men and 10 women were arrested after the verification.
Mirpur Model Thana Police from Saturday evening to Sunday morning in Mirpur No. 10 Roundabout and surrounding area 10 suspects were arrested in the area to prevent robbery and theft.
Eight more suspects have been detained over the threat of sabotage plans around the Aomi League's ‘shutdown’ program of the banned Aomi League, said DMP spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Talebur Rahman, said that legal action has been taken against them.
