After Brexit, the English channel fishing disputes have started in France and the UK, and France seized a UK fishing boat from the English Channel on Thursday, followed by the administration of the French ambassador to the UK.
Britain on Thursday reported that it had called the French ambassador in the wake of a growing dispute over the right to fish after Brexit.
‘We are sorry for the language of the conflict that the French government has been using consistently," said a statement from Prime Minister Boris Johnson's office.
It also said, ‘The Foreign Minister directed the European America and Commonwealth Minister Morton to summon the French ambassador as a next step.
