He said these things in a speech addressed to Telangana BJP activists on Saturday (November 12), but he criticized the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who did not take the name of the name.

God blesses me in such a way that this abuse turns into nourishment inside me. Swear to Modi, abuse the BJP... but If the people of Telangana are abused, then the price will be paid.
Narendra Modi said, "I have a personal request to the Telangana officials; some people will abuse because of frustration, fear and superstition, I request them not to be confused by this strategy."
The Indian Prime Minister accused the state government of Telangana for obstructing various development projects of the Center.
