Recently, this incident happened in Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is known that in 2016, Kheloi's brother died again. However, Kheloi was declared dead instead of his brother. After that, all the land was registered in the name of the deceased brother's wife and children by the government offices after taking bribes. After learning about this, Kheloi had been running around to prove himself alive to the police and local administration for the past 6 years, but to no avail.

Finally, the old man filed a case in court. He went to the court to appear in the hearing of the case. However, the old man could not say anything at the last moment while standing in the dock. He died there.
