Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Iqbal Hasan Mahmud gave this information in response to a written question of SM Jahangir Hossain, Member of Parliament of Dhaka-18 Constituency in the National Parliament on Thursday (April 2).
The minister said that till March 2026, according to the demand, 14 thousand 500 to 15 thousand megats of electricity is being produced in the country every day.
Comilla In response to another supplementary question of -4 seats, parliament Hasnat Abdullah, the minister said, ‘We are supplying the amount of oil every day in each pump. But since the war, the sales have suddenly gone.’
