EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has not recognized the Taliban (EU) Taliban, and also said that they are not having any political discussions with the group. He said these things at a press conference on Saturday (August 21). News agency Rotters reported.
According to the report, the EU Executive said these things in a press conference after visiting the center of Afghan workers in the Spanish capital from Kabul to Kabul in Spain.
Ursula von der Leyen said he would propose a 57 million euros ($67 million) increase in humanitarian aid, which the commission allocated for Afghanistan this year.
EU development assistance is respected by human rights, treating minorities well and respect for women and girls' rights.
"We will listen to the Taliban, but through their actions and actions, we will measure them all," he said.
Ursula von der Leyen said the commission is ready to provide funding to EU countries to help rehabilitate refugees, adding that he will raise the rehabilitation issue at the G-7 conference next week.
