Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's former private secretary and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's former chief secretary freedom fighter Dr. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of Syed Abdus Samad.
On Wednesday (July 28), a condolence message Sheikh Hasina said, ‘Former CSP Syed Abdus Samad left Pakistan when he was ADC in Rangamati and joined the Mujibnagar government.’
The Prime Minister also mentioned that he was a very honest, efficient, courageous and dutiful government official.
The Prime Minister prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and expressed his deepest condolences to his bereaved family members.
Note, Dr. Syed Abdus Samad died at his home in Baridhara at 4:50 pm on Wednesday (July 28) and his bust was 78 years at the time of his death.
