The court sentenced five people to death of a small Mita named Mita in Bandarban, and the court sentenced each of them to a fine of 10,000 rupees and 10 years rigorous imprisonment for removing the evidence, fined 10,000 rupees, and sentenced to six months in non-responsibility.
On Tuesday (September 20) around one in the afternoon, Bandarban District and Datra Judge Md. Fazle Elahi Bhui gave the raft.
The accused are - Lulein Headman Paorma (22), Uba Ching Marma (30), Ching Nu Mong Prakash Hada (23), Mong Nu Mong Prakash Mong Nu (50) and Lulai Rehabilitation Paar Mang Thu Prakash Mong Casing of the same upazila.
However, another accused in the case, Ray Aung Marma, has not been proved to be acquitted.
The accused Ching Nu Mong Prakash Hada, the accused in the Raita declaration, is present in the court but the rest are absconding.
District and Datra Judge Court in charge of the administrative officer. Kamrul Hasan said that the victim was the son of deceased Anu Mita of Dikul area of Chandanish upazila of Chittagong district and bought a cow for two thousand taka or tna ditna from the number one accused Uchinnu Marma.
On September 12, 2017, the police arrested the accused Uchingnu Marma, who was in the fore-in-experience, who later confessed to the murder of the victim.
This incident happened on the same day, the victim's brother Md. Amju Mita Badi Hate Bandarban Sadar Thana Azahar Dather Dattar later the police filed a charge sheet on 31 December 2007.
The court gave the verdict after taking the testimony of 10 witnesses from the state side, and the plaintiff in the case expressed his satisfaction with the plaintiff.
Kamrul Hasan also said that the accused Ching Nu Mong Prakash Hada has been sent to jail.
