2,697 new cases have been identified in the last 24 hours. The total number of people identified with COVID-19 in the country so far is 742,400. This information was given in a regular press release on COVID-19 sent by the Directorate General of Health Services on Saturday (April 24).
The notification further stated that 5,477 people have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. A total of 653,151 people have recovered so far.
The detection rate is 13.11 percent compared to sample tests in the last 24 hours.
