This time 11 thousand meta workers are losing their jobs

After Twitter, a large number of workers are going to lay off Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, the company, which has announced to cut off 13 percent of its total manpower.

On Wednesday (November 9), the BBC reported that 11,000 workers out of 87,000 workers worldwide are going to lose their jobs.

In a statement, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said it was the toughest change in the 18-year history of the Meta.

The company's new leader, Elon Musk, announced that he had cut off half of his workers two weeks ago.

‘I know it's hard for everyone, and I'm particularly sorry for those who are affected by it,’ Zuckerberg said.

This year, the price has been lost in two-thirds, so the company is being reduced to make it more effective and the limit for not getting new recruitment is also being increased, he said.

Meta authorities have learned that the retrenchment workers will receive 16 weeks of basic pay and an additional two weeks of work per year for work, as well as the six-month healthcare service.
