Private Teacher Registration and Repatriation Authority (NTRCA) 1st to 12th Registration Examination of Passed Certificate holders for next 7 days. The High Court has ordered to recommend the appointment of the NTRCA and the NTRCA has ordered the suspension of the public notification.
The High Court bench of Justice Mamnoon Rahman and Justice Khondkar Diliruzzaman gave this order on Thursday (May 6).
Earlier, on March 7, the High Court directed the 1st to 12th Registrar Authority to recommend the appointment of the holders in the MPO private educational institutions under the MPO. The NTRCA has been asked to implement this order within 15 days. At the same time, the court asked the Registrar to implement the order.
On December 15 last year, the High Court has banned the notification of teachers in the private teacher registration and retribution authority (NTRCA) educational institutions. It is also mentioned in the order that no teacher can issue a notification without disposing the poison of contempt of court.
