Tickets will be sold at the counters of all stations in the country, including Kamalapur railway station in the capital, on Tuesday (June 8) and everyone will have to collect tickets in accordance with the hygiene rules.
In this Bishta notification, Bangladesh Railways is aware of the risk of corona, the train is running in half of the seats in accordance with the government guidelines.The tickets of these trains are being available at the same time counter and online. 25 percent of the train's original number of tickets are being sold in mobile apps and 25 percent ticket counters.
The notification also states that unsold tickets can be bought online or from the counter 48 hours before the journey. Also, the refund of the intercity train tickets (refunds) can also be refunded within the specified time.
Bangladesh Railway has given special instructions for the operation of the train during the Corona period, including which tickets will not be sold without seats, so it is said not to visit the counter unnecessarily. No passenger without tickets will not be able to enter or travel by train. There are different doors for entering and exiting the train, which must be used to use masks, without masks, no travelers will be allowed to enter or travel by train.
Due to the increase in the spread of coronavirus, the government has stopped all passenger trains on the 5th of April 2019. As per the government's directives, the government has issued directives to conduct public transport with half of the existing number of seats by the government from May 24.
