A 15-year-old girl has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl accused in a murder case in Lakshmipur's Raipur. As a result of the rape, the girl became pregnant. But the accused youth is currently in the district jail.
The girl gave birth to a baby boy after 8 months on Thursday night (June 11). The child died on the way to the hospital in fear of the family members. After receiving the information, the police recovered the body of the child and handed it over for burial after post-mortem.
On Friday (June 12) evening, the child's body was buried at Nana's family graveyard in South Keroa village of Keroa union in Upazila.
Meanwhile, the helpless father has sought justice for destroying his daughter in the temptation of marriage. The sick girl is under treatment at Upazila Health Complex.
On Saturday night, the girl under treatment in the hospital said that Emon, the son of Zakir Hossain of the neighboring house, lured her into marriage and had physical relations with her. The girl became pregnant. People take medicines from local pharmacy to deliver baby on Thursday for fear of public shame. During the night, a boy was born by a local midwife. She was 8 months pregnant.
Later, the child died on the way to the hospital because of the fear of the family members. The news spread in the area instantly. The police rescued the child after receiving information. He was admitted to the Upazila Health Complex while ill.
On the other hand, last year on October 16, in the case of strangulation of an old woman in Dakshin Keraya village, Emon is in the district jail.
